Our story

About

My name is Hagit Yegoda. I am happily married to Ron, and mother of two adorable sons – the eldest light of the 23 year-old, finished a military service in the cyber Formation of the intelligence soldier and Yaniv Young celebrates next week bar-mitzvah and I celebrates 52.

I was born in Israel in September 1966, the year that Prof. Meshulam discovered and sued the THC molecule. I had a beautiful childhood here. I was a regular student, in high school, some thought you had cleaned up as many of the school fellows.

It all began to go wrong in youth, when I began to feel bad, I slept much more than usual and at first they thought it was the pot. Then they started to check, and in 1987 I was diagnosed at the Tel Hashomer in Hodgins, Grade 4. I underwent a series of aggressive treatments for chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and bone marrow transplant. In the framework of the treatment in Tel Hashomer, a chemical derivative of cannabis was offered, but I developed an allergy and a rejection to the derivative of the aforementioned, so I was offered to smoke the pot instead – and therefore I was able to treat cannabis that supports the combination of conventional therapies. We were a group of ten people who are sick in a variety of illnesses, and we have tried the supportive treatment with cannabis. We’ve all survived longer than our patients who didn’t receive pot, and our quality of life was higher than theirs.
Because of being the youngest, I stand here today telling you about it. On 1994, the cancer came back, I was treated with chemo again, and underwent surgery.
At the birth of Yaniv 2005, the acute situation and my body collapsed. After that, the treatment was only cannabis. In addition, I started a nutritional change to improve my lifestyle through awareness and natural health.

Help with real relief to our patients

Hagit Yegoda
Cannabis medical expert

Hagit Yegoda is a personal and professional success story. Cannabis accompanies it in her life as a source of pleasure and satisfaction, but mainly for healing and insight into life. First and foremost, the recognition that cannabis is not only a blessed means for relieving pain and for helping to cope with suffering, but rather a real, safe and saving life. It is not less important — that the person, the patient, is responsible for his health. Others can support, give knowledge, help, but the patient knows himself and knows what is best for him, while the medical department sometimes has other interests (more about it in the chapter…)

Hagit is a patient of Hodgkin’s cancer, and has been treated for over 35 years in medicinal cannabis. Without him, her life would not have been life. With him – her life is full of happiness and satisfaction, which she wants to share. The veteran who uses the approval in Israel, Hagit underwent medical cannabis certification at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is currently escorting and advising a large number of patients in cannabis medical in Israel. Her personal and professional staff, Hagit studied the importance of the personalization of the treatment of cannabis: as there are hundreds of different types of sleeping pills, so there are hundreds of varieties of cannabis that each of them is doing wonders of its own, and hence the importance of customization. This is not an escape from the disease or from the pain, in the opposite, it is about coping with responsibility.

Despite all the cases of success in treatment and healing with cannabis, the scientific research should still infect the knowledge gap created due to the deterrent and stereotypes against the drug, and it is illegal for many years. Every day, new discoveries are published on the usefulness of the problems, not only in the treatment of illnesses, but recently also with the help of pregnancy and childbirth. Why not? The sky is the limit. Want to know more?
